- If set product is partially used, components are lost, or damaged/broken/contaminated due to careless handling, making resale impossible
- If customer requests free exchange/return for simple change of mind due to color or image differences from actual product due to monitor resolution differences
- If requesting free exchange/return due to manufacturer circumstances (new model release, etc.) and parts price changes

- If holograms are separated, lost, or damaged, significantly reducing product value and making resale impossible (laptops, desktop PCs, etc.)
