Paid Service Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Runners (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with paid payments and subscription services provided by the Company (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all paid payment and subscription services within the Service.

Chapter 2 Payment

Article 3 (Payment Methods)

  1. Users may pay for paid services using methods designated by the Company (credit card, debit card, simple payment, etc.).
  2. Payments are processed through a payment gateway, and the Company does not store payment information directly.

Article 4 (Effect of Payment)

  1. The service agreement is established immediately upon completion of payment.
  2. Paid services are provided immediately after payment is completed.

Chapter 3 Subscription

Article 5 (Commencement of Subscription)

  1. A subscription begins only when the user confirms and agrees to the automatic payment notice on the payment screen.
  2. If the user does not agree, no subscription will be initiated.

Article 6 (Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription)

  1. The subscription is automatically renewed under the same terms unless the user cancels.

  2. Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time through My Page or the customer center, and the Company will process it immediately.

  3. Upon cancellation, no charges will be billed from the next payment date.

  4. The Company may change the subscription fee. In the event of a change, notice will be provided via in-service notification or email at least 30 days before the next renewal date. If the user does not agree to the changed fee, they may cancel before the renewal date.

Chapter 4 Refunds

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

  1. In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of subscription is possible within 7 days from the date of payment.
  2. Subscription refund criteria:
    • Within 7 days from the date of payment: Full refund
    • Monthly subscription after 8 days: No refund
    • Annual subscription 8–30 days: Refund after deducting KRW 5,000 from the paid amount
    • Annual subscription after 31 days: No refund
  3. In case of overpayment, the Company will refund the excess amount.

Chapter 5 Liability

Article 8 (User Liability)

  1. Users must use their own payment methods when making payments, and unauthorized use of another person's payment method may result in legal liability.
  2. If a minor (under 19 years of age) makes a payment without the consent of their legal guardian, the legal guardian may cancel such payment.

Article 9 (Company Liability)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of payment services unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. However, consumer rights under applicable laws shall not be restricted.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with changes in relevant laws and policies, and will provide prior notice through notices within the Service or the payment screen.
